Rear End Refresh

I have 140k on my spirited dd. What should I be looking at replacing/refreshing in the backend? I have done the M3 upgrade in the front and recently upgraded my suspension.

How much of a difference do the M3 subframe bushings make and is it worth doing? Any downside to doing this?

Anything else?

Thanks,

Are you experiencing anything back there that you wish was absent?
