I got a text today from my dealer that the car had arrived and would be ready for pickup around 6....Get a text at around 5 saying it wont be ready today and that there was an issue with the M Performance steering wheel that was installed at the VPC and they are having to order a new part.

Do these cars not get a top to bottom inspection before they are shipped to the dealer?

I could understand if it was an exterior issue from something during the transport...but for something like this it just seems odd. Curious if anyone has experienced anything similar and trying to make sure my dealer is telling me the whole story before i sign the final paperwork.
