A question regarding e92 335i m-sport suspension

Hi guys

I currently have an '09 335i m-sport with the m-sport suspension. I just installed a set of 20" rims with no rubbing from either big dips in the road (10 inch wide on the rears) or full lock steering on the fronts.

I do however want to lower the car a fraction.

My question is, how much lower is the m-sport suspension than stock? If I get a 1 inch lowering spring set, and the m-sports are already 1 inch lowered from standard (for example), wouldn't that mean my ride height would stay the same? I'm also trying to avoid rubbing of course.

I also want to adjust the rear camber so I don't wear the inside of the tyre but I had a quick look and it seems you can't adjust the camber in the rear??
