What to use to take out dents in the roof or a side panel or a hood for example?

I have this bend type dent, not a crease for anything like that, in one of the roof partitions of my hardtop.

I can see it at an angle fairly clearly, but it's barely able to be felt by hand.

I imagine a suction type tool, or perhaps a PDR shop would do it, but I don't know if any reasonable good ones in the New Jersey area.

I'm currently out of state for a while, but would love some recommendations.

Any suggestions for do-it-yourself or PDR shops for these types of things?
