Buying advice, coilover spring rate - 335D E92

Hi Guys

Bit of help required. Im looking to buy some BC coilovers for my 335D but have a technical question.

There are 2 options for spring rate, 8kg & 12kg /mm or 10kg & 14kg /mm. Which should i be going for? There is the obvious difference in ride quality, though quite a bit of this can be adjusted with the dampers. But a major one is if i should be definitiely getting the stiffers ones as ive got this weighty 335d lump up front?

Does anyone have any experience with ride quality with those spring rates? Or advice on if i should get the stiffer ones to account for the engine?

Cheers

Maccy
