M3/M4 vs. cometition in the sport sedan/coupe range
If this:
http://www.worldcarfans.com/11404237...-2015---report ...is true and this car comes with probably ~380hp, what does that meen about the W205 C63 AMG? To hold the typical hp-distance of real AMG-models, this could meen that the real C63 would get minimum ~500hp !? And if VW really brings an Golf R400 with 400hp out of an 2.0ltr.I4 TFSI engine, Audi would never brings an RS3 (2.5ltr.I5) with fewer than 400hp, but most probably even more hp than the R400 ... and this meen to hold the hp distance between RS3 and RS4/5, the later must get also ~500hp like the new C63 AMG. There are also strange rumors that the Cadillac ATS-V would come with ~500hp and if the lightweight Jaguar XE-RS gets the same V8 compressor engine like the F-Type, this meen that all direct M3/M4 competitors would get ~500hp and therefor much more than the M3/M4. And lets wait and see whow the weight reduction ends by this direct competitors ... sadly seems like an hard time for the M-GmbH and there sportscars flagship M3/M4. |

Someone give the German engineers a holiday, we need a break.
The Cadillac doesn't matter, it most likely will be nasty looking, and I'm fully aware I'm a snob, but I will not ever again approach an American car with the intent to make it move. Jaguars will be banned as soon as I take over the world, they are too pretty, and if I can't have one, no one can. Ones again I'm posting without coffee, sorry. |

I think the most compelling from the OPs list is the Golf R400. To have that much power in supposedly 3130 lbs will be shocking in OEM form. I am x-ing fingers it makes it to the US.
