Front wheel gap - Why ???
I finally figured out what it was that was bothering me about that part of the car.....why is there so much space in the front wheel gap ?
It seems more noticeable in the M3 than the M4. Not that it can't be corrected but it's a mod that could've been avoided. My eyes keep wanting to go there now when I look at the M3, I don't know, I have a hard time not noticing it now... |

Personally, I will be changing my tires to 265/35ZR19 front and 295/30ZR19 rear. |

^^^ That doesn't change the fact that every M3 since the e46 had a horrendous front wheel gap. They all looked like 4x4's from the factory. And they didn't have to.
For example, AMG C class always had (at least visually) a much lower stance. The wheel gaps on the M3 are killing me. Don't get me wrong, I'm not one to go for the slammed look. Far from it. It's just that this day in age nearly all competitors look much lower than M3's. I realize this can be "corrected" with an aftermarket suspension or springs alone, but it'd be nice for once to rock the stock suspension at a height that doesn't make the car look like a 4x4. Both Audi and Merc did it. Why can't BMW? I certainly hope the competition package lowers this car by at least a half inch. |

I don't think you know the difference between a tire's diameter and a tire's width.
