Spool is right -- generally, the answer is no.

But it's a common sense thing. Think of your "warranty" as a collection of multiple warranties on each component. Will an aftermarket exhaust void the warranty of your windshield wipers? No, of course not. But say you install some crappy aftermarket exhaust that manages to break some sort of emission-sensitive part of the car. Would that part be covered under your new car warranty? No, of course not.
