two piece wheels

can someone tell me that can i replace the rim for my two piece wheels.i'm actually have a set of hamann pg2 rim, size r 19"x8.5"all around.i want to change two rear wheels width to make a staggered fitment. those r two piece wheels,so i'm expected the wheels r two thing join together(spoke screw on the rim).i'm thinking can i get something like custom make rims to screw on.for example 9.5"width with offset et-30.(cause hamann just only have 8.5" and 10"width m3 fitment).or can i buy 10"width rim and take it to some wheels repair shop to do the custom cut to 9.5" and match offset?

If Hamann doesnt make them in 9.5 then it will be impossible to find the barrel for this wheel. You just dont custom make that. On top of that they could be welded together (dont know if Hamann does this).

Get the 10 inch wheel and have someone shave the hub down to the offsets you need. That would be the easiest. But if I may throw in my 2 cents, this would be very expensive (these wheels arent cheap) to do and you could get 4 nice looking wheels for what it would cost you to do this. I wouldnt even attempt it

I'm not sure shaving from the wheel is generally a good idea.

No way to tell without seeing how close you are to the suspension. Im sure you could go more than 5mm

This isnt a good idea, bad experiment
