For any poeple that owned e46 M3's you will remember that the GruppeM intake was carbon fiber and sounded tremendous. They make very high end after market products and I couldn't be happier to hear how close their release for the intake was. I e-mailed him back asking about their exhaust system so I'll post up anything when my information gets updated by his response.

You forgot to mention how much the GruppeM intake for the E46 M3 cost. I cant even imagine how much it will be for the E92 with its huge airbox etc...

Its a beautiful piece though, no denying that!

Haha, you are correct. I'll probably have to sell my right arm to get it. Good thing I'll be driving a DCT.

But yeah, the intake for the e46 was around $1000, and I believe the exhaust was like $1250.

I have a Gruppe M on my Z4M the difference in noise from the standard box is fantastic. It makes the car totally addictive, does make your driving licence very delicate as a result

I dont care what they charge for the E92 M3 i will buy one....

What power gain did this system provide the E46 M3. What gains can we expect to see on the E92 M3

I assume this voids the warranty? I hope I am wrong

Power gains probably won't exceed 10bhp. It isn't so much of a power mod as it is an acoustic and aesthetic. CF in the engine bay = sex. And so does the sound that comes as a result.

Guys be sure to sample the stock intake noise before getting this.

An absolute scream comes from the standard intake when a lot of air is sucked in, you don't get it during stationary revving but when accelerating past a solid object at full throttle in any gear you will hear it....Trust me

It's been out for a while now, I emailed them about November and they sent me a mail saying it's available around January, it's priced around Y268,000 about $US3000, so I thought it was way too much, I'm going AFE now.
