Best rim/tire for straight line

I'm thinking about getting some 18s and wrapping them in R888s for better traction. What offset/width/camber do you guys suggest for best straight line performance?

Offset won't make a bit of difference for straight line traction...I would say there is no such thing as straight line performance.

What about width and camber? My common sense tells me the wider the better and the closer to 0 camber the better, but i just want to make sure.

A 10.5" or 11" is about as wide as you can go without poking. You just need to get the offsets right.

10"et28 has been done before with a 275 and rolled fenders. I don't see why you couldn't fit 11et40 with a 295 since its pretty much the same fitment. You also have to make sure you clear the strut.
