Annoying squeak from Near Side Rear

So every time I go over a bump I get a really annoying squeak or chirp from the NRS wheel. I thought it might be a suspension issue but my recent MOT didn't show up any issues. My local BMW dealer rekons it could be the brakes.
Any ideas or suggestions?

Similar issue, our cars have 5 link rear ends and like a million bushings. When it happens to my car, I just lube every bushing back there.
