Interior problems with my new car
1. There are some stains on the A-pillar headliner, I was wondering what I could use to remove them without damaging the headliner. car is a 2011 335xi coupe(pic below)
2. There are scratch marks on the center console wondering what I could do get rid of them? (2nd pic) 3. On the Idrive screen I have what looks like scratches, is this repairable?(3rd pic) |

I've cleaned similar grime off of the A-pillar before with some carpet stain remover. I squirt a little bit on the edge of a terry cloth, and then rub over the affected area. Then immediately take the clean, dry part of the same rag and lightly "scrub" over. It worked beautifully. No more stains.
Don't know about the scratches on the vinyl trim though. You might want to take a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and go over it with that. It's very mildly abrasive, so it might smooth it over?? I wouldn't use anything more abrasive than that. |
