HELP - 10.5" rears on 265/30 or 255/30?

I'm installing a new setup this week and am debating whether or not to use a previous set of tires I have or buy a new set. I am xdrive so rolling diameter is an issue.

I know the 225/35 on 9.5 fronts will stretch, and the 255/30 on 10.5 rears is also a bit of stretch.

So my question is can I avoid the stretch? The wheels offsets aren't so aggressive (et 29 up front, 33 rear). I would prefer to run 235/35 front and 265/30 rear if possible. Just don't want the rears to shred/rub really.

I can obviously play with spacers as well for flush fitment. Car is spun down on kw v3.

thanks

275s are your best bet for the rear but 265 should work on a 10.5

I had 265s on a 10" rim and it wasn't stretched.

That's wider than I was thinking..I would think if rub with 275 and drop. Fenders are trimmed though

275 will rub without a doubt. Our offsets are close.

Get hankook v12 or conti dw in 255 to be safe. You might need to roll fender with 265. Either one will make a nice stretch.

Careful what shop/machine you use to avoid wheel damage.

I think you are fine with 235/35/19 and 265/30/19, with fender roll to rear.

This is et33 front with 235/35/19

And this is et33 with 245/35/19
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...5&postcount=23

but there are members who have lower offset and 235/35/19 tyres.

I'm sure you are aware of these and others.

As for rear it shouldn't be any problem with 265/30/19, since the 10.5 et 33 is 2mm less aggressive than 10 et25 and there are quite few of those with 265/30/19.

This is 19x10 et30 with 265/30/19 and your setup will extend 3mm and have more stretch http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...65&postcount=6

As well as these two with 18x10.5 et20 and 265/35/18.

And 19x10.5 et22 with 265/30/19 http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...postcount=1095

thanks so much..looks like i need to order some new tires now. My main concern was the 265s out back rubbing but i'm hoping with my fenders trimmed this wont be an issue.
