can we order the aero kit for the e92 from the dealership? or are these aftermarket products only?

Yes u can get it from Tischer BMW, 285 + 65 shipping.

Or you can get the painted ones from Longtran for 475 shipped i believe.

i think he is talking about the whole aero kit which costs about 1500(?) according to bmw website.

i think you can order it through dealer.
i asked this question couple weeks ago and when it arrives to US port, they put them on according to people who replied to my post.

The dealer will be installing the kit after you order it... or better off you can DIY...

Cheaper, great customer service, and the paint is most likely much cheaper (quality as well).
