Diesel manual

came across this by accident trying to understand all this egt, egr stuff.
hopefully not double posting

as a side question, i keep seeing Torque app being used to monitor EGT, EGR and so on. What are optimal / safe parameters to watch out for?
like egt under 1000? egr 0?
