Xenon upgrades?

Hi all,

Had my 328xi for just over a week now. I'm wanting to go from the standard halogen headlights to the LCI (hopefully non-adaptive) xenons.

There a local spot that might have some OEM's I could find? I'm just now starting my searches and I'm not finding a ton of info out there (yet).

Thanks in advance!

Good luck, I have been looking to do so as well. please let me know if you find any. seems to me the only way to do it is buy individual headlights from OEM vendors, prices are roughly 800 a headlight not including ballasts or bulbs....unfortunately if you want to do it right it is a very expensive modification for what you get out of it.

I've looked very lightly there, seems a lot of aftermarket and not a lot of OEM. I want to stick with OEM if I can, but it seems like it might be a very expensive mod. I might just stick some better bulbs in and get the LED angel eyes and call it a day.

Thanks for the responses so far!

I did it when I had my 328. Cost me about $1200. That was back in like 08 or 09. Although it one mod I do highly recommend. A BMW without HIDs and halos just looks cheap in my opinion.

Yeah, I just like the light output so much better!

If I get the xenon upgrades, I'll likely try to find a projector kit for the fogs.

Outside of that, I've already got a pretty decent mod list going.
