Just a question I've always wanted to ask. You have a 2013 BMW F30 and yet you are upgrading to the new M3. Why do so many people do this? Don't you loose an extreme amount of money by upgrading every year?

i will molest it to be track ready people think my car can't perform but i build cars for a living and most cars have air ride my new range rover supercharged has air my e63 amg 2011 has air people don't understand that cars have been having air for years. people think that it damages the car etc when i bought my system i made sure i had the best system on the market, if someone in your area has a car on air i would suggest that you take a ride so you can see the difference.

To his credit, they actually do these days. I just don't care for the super low look and the rear camber when the car is off and the bags deflate.
I get that once the car is on, the car increases in height again and the rear tires are readjusted to the appropriate camber and that the car most likely handles better than stock, I just never cared for the tacky look when the car is off. OEM systems are certainly capable (Mercedes and I believe Bentley uses them too), over the years third party systems have proven to be just as capable...if you're willing to spend the money. |
