Need experienced BMW tech for Turbo install, will pay $$

Looking for an experienced mechanic that can install some turbos on n54 motor. Thinking about going Vargas Stage 2 or either RB, Pm me and let me know if you can help. Trying to avoid shop rates and would rather pay individual the $$ and some beer!

PS. To make things easier, I am military and have access to the on base auto shop with lift and tools to use!!

Let me know, trying to get this done soon. I live in the Alexandria/Arlington, VA area.
