My New F30 330d M sport.
Hi all,
So yesterday I was finally able to pick up my new car. I emphasise the word MY new car, because it's not actually brand new, just new to me. Unlike some of you lucky fellows, I can't quite afford these brand new......yet. So after owning an E61 for 4 years, I decided it was time to change. The 5 series convinced me that BMW is where is at for driving pleasure. So I decided I would stay with the brand. I did some hunting around and instantly fell in love with the look of the F30. Then the challenge, to find one that's right for me. I then stumbled across what is now my new car. A 330d m sport auto saloon/sedan in estoril blue. The car looked stunning. One of the nicest cars, in my opinion, I've ever laid eyes on. Truly beautiful. But having never owned a diesel, I was a bit sceptical. A bit of reading and research and I decided to take the plunge without even test driving. I picked it up yesterday, and what. A. Car. It was built in 2013. This month is its 4th birthday. It only has 34,000 miles on the clock, which is quite low for a diesel BMW which are often used as long distance tourers. However, I was stunned when I turned up to collect it. This thing is immaculate. My jaw dropped. I was 90% convinced I'd bought the right car. I wasn't 100%....it's still a diesel. Then I drove it home. My mind is absolutely blown. It's so exciting so precise, so responsive. This thing is a joy. How on earth have they done it? It doesn't really sound like a diesel, it doesn't seem to drive like a diesel. Literally the nicest car I've ever had the pleasure of owning. Anyway, thought I'd share this with you. It would be good to hear about when other fellow Beemer drivers have been pleasantly surprised. Nice ride!!
I work at a dealership and get to drive a diesel every once in a while. I also drove one one when I was in Germany a couple of years ago. They are awesome. I love the door projector lights. If you check with the dealer there is a M Sport symbol that can be inserted so it projects on the ground. It should be in the box the lamps came in. Enjoy your new car!! Rick

It's definitely special. The colour is incredible. Really love it. And it's a lot more of a head turner than I expected.

Great looking car congrates
In fact it's exactly what I'll be looking to buy next summer, ...a roughly 4 year old estoril blue 330d M sport Can I be a bit nosey and ask the spec/extras the car has and roughly how much you paid? Cheers |

Awesome car, congratulations! 34k miles is nothing. The car looks brand new, and I bet it drives that way. Enjoy it.

As for the cost, I can tell you exactly what was paid for it. It was listed at £23,995. I ended up paying £20,000 on the dot for it. Hope that answers your questions buddy, anything else please do not hesitate to ask. |
