Not too bad, thanks. Had to be readmitted for 24 hours for jaundice treatment but they were back home yesterday afternoon.

Yeah, overnight I slept from 4-6am and then I had a nap at about 9am this morning for another 30 minutes. That's been fairly typical of the nights so far at home

Everyone napping now, though, which means Daddy gets the chance to jump on zwift in a few minutes. Caffeine boost first.

There is nothing surprising about the fact our second was the last. I did at least once go to work without actually getting into bed!
