Yeah, overnight I slept from 4-6am and then I had a nap at about 9am this morning for another 30 minutes. That's been fairly typical of the nights so far at home Everyone napping now, though, which means Daddy gets the chance to jump on zwift in a few minutes. Caffeine boost first.
