Anyone able to shed some light on the above concern? Would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers

The BMW finance packages are excellent ...Very hard to beat when you throw in the no penalty on early payouts ....

The origination fee is a straight up bit of fat for the finance team at the dealer. I paid this in full - didn't bother me.

Note however that this is a fee for originating the contract, not the relationship. So you wouldn't automatically get it waived the next time you use BMW finance.

As a return customer however BMW finance capped the loan establishment fee at $200.

Yep I got the loan establishment fee at 439 but reduced as a return customer to 239.

Sorry but this is a fallacy; BMw just pre-charge the cost rather than at the time of payout. A lot of other funders are cheaper after the first 12months

Two things:

How legit are these Fees and has anyone managed to have them waived or bypassed? The Origination Fee seems excessive. Did you all end up paying them?

They won't allow me to pay them up front, instead they include them in the loan so they also earn interest over the loan albeit not a lot but still.

Estab fee is legit, though sometimes can negotiate lower; don't go with the origination fee. Purely just a few from the dealer finance manager & nothing more.on a consumer loan it can't be paid cash but anything else should be fine
