24psi would be loose trying to log.

I'm starting to get a little uneasy logging 20psi in third.

That would be 10 sec car.

Any plans on going to the drags?

Hey Marty - I saw you car on the Advan Dyno day on facebook running 330rwkw, very impressive.

If you don't mind me asking are you running the expensive TFT inlets or silicon inlets like VTT or RB?

Also in terms of PI kit, are you running the normal fuelit/ motiv style or the evolution of speed style (with the injectors integrated into a custom manifold)

Cheers

I've limited boost in 1st and 2nd, it's a little mental otherwise.

In 3rd for logs, it's not too bad.

Dipped to 49psi on my current e60, so just gonna revert back to e50-55 where it's happier.

What E blend were you maxing out at Ink with the stock turbo's?? Im just trying to get a comparison with mine, E50 seems to be the comfortable zone for my car which also has a new HPFP. Will be interesting to see how my E blend will be now that ive upgraded turbos, TBI, inlets etc etc

I'm on RB's mate, but the turbos aren't a determining factor of the e-content you can run, it's the fuel system.

I'm similar to you, my car is fine with e50-55. The dipping of the stage2 lpfp begins at e60.

Heath. I am running an E60 blend with RB turbos, TBI, Stage 2 LPFP and original HPFP. The tune is from PTF with boost at 25psi. I data logged the fuel pumps performance and sent the log to Steve (Fuel-it) for his opinion which came back as being OK.

Yeah mate, unfortunately i needed a new DME! When my alternator failed a couple months ago it had overcharged the electrical system and must have cooked a diode or something inside the DME, the car ran fine until we went to update the software & found there was a fault with the can bus line, or something along those lines anyway.
So im waiting on a new unit to be delivered from Germany, should be mid next week

I meant coupes

Forgot you had an electrical issue with yours!

There's a DIY fix on the forums for a common DME failure!

How much did it cost you to resolve your issue!?!

Yes Shane. Deleting the engine adaptations seemed to do the trick. I believe the cause was the drop in altitude from Jindabyne to sea level on a rainy day in a couple of hours. It was after this that the surging began. All good now. I am waiting for the weather to cool down so that I can put it on the dyno and dragstrip.

AND.... Our shipment of RR700's are delivered.

Pics up soon. Install happening this week. We will be working late late late late every night to get these up and running. So the E82 will start getting stripped tonight.

Once the turbos are in, the inlets done, next upgrade will be a bigger intercooler and the diff. I will post plenty of updates.

Good luck with the install boys, really keen to see your results!

What fueling mods will you have for the RR700's (will you have enough fuel to maximise their potential?)

Is your car a MT? What clutch will you guys run, I recall you guys advertising on FB a twin plate extreme clutch for the N54 about 12 months ago?

Thanks mate.

We are running E85 with a CPE PI kit, will install a Stage 3 Fuel it upgrade and also fit Fuel it Fuel lines with Flex sensor. Im certain that this should be enough fuel for the RR700's.

Yes the clutch is a Xtreme Clutch Twin plate. Works perfectly. No need for a Motiv clutch.

So this is he RR700 on the left and the RR600 on the right. You can see the difference in the inlet size and the compressor size.

Some more pics of the RR700s

Hopefully crank some decent numbers on our dyno. I will run a before and after to give you guys an idea on what it pushes out.

Those RR700's look the biz Oscar. Definitely a noticeable size larger than the 600's.

Can't wait to see the results.

I think the typical DME fault is the Mosfet that controls cylinder 5, this was not the issue with my DME unfortunately. Purchased a new DME programmed for my Vin, was $2180 from memory, thats trade price too.
Spewin i couldnt get an aftermarket all in 1 ECU
