When (not if) this happen to me again, I will open the door and try to start/steal my own car to see if I can start it w/o the fob. This is my first BMW and so far not impressed. My alignment was off since day 1, 2 months later, this? what's next?

I used to have Acura and Lexus, never have problems with them. Man, I still miss my Legend even after 2 months with E90.

when we bought my girls mini it was brand new, alignment was off too, badly, and the camber in the rear was way off. only on the drivers side, car looked funny as hell.

Also, I never lock my doors since I park in garage.

anyone have this problem before? is it a bug?
Yup...I got out of the car, locked it with the fob, and put the fob in the pocket of my jeans. I was wearing 501s which are a little tighter than most other jeans. I then raised my foot onto the front tire to tie my shoe and I while doing so the windows started coming down! I froze for a moment but as soon as I put my foot down the windows stopped. I attributed this to the fob being pressed against my leg by my jeans...whoda thunk?

Hah! Just did it yesterday after reading this. I'm sure my dealer told me but I didn't remember it. That should be useful this summer.
