Hey Josh, I lowered your car for you

hehe to me the front of the new M3 looks quite high at stock height, so I took the liberty of lowering your car Josh in Photoshop. Hope you don't mind…..phew---much better!

(thanks for lending me one of your pix EAS. I took the other pic at Willow Spings. Third pic is original height for reference.)

First drop looks better. Anyone know why the gap is so large in the front, not only does it look weird, but that could have aerodynamic implications. According to the SportAuto test, at 200 km/h the front generates M4 24kg lift front/ 12kg lift rear (rear has improved, but not the front vs the M3 E92 (non ZCP, ZCP would have had better front numbers as is lowered 10mm even more than from the Supertest: M3 E92 10kg lift front/ 23 rear).

At any rate, nice car, pretty easy fix, and does look better with modest drop.

I agree the modest drop looks better. I'm not into the slammed look. But WonderWagon put out the request to see it, so I took up the challenge since I've never slammed a car in Photoshop before. I had to put some camber on the wheels and change the height relationship between the pavement and underbody so it looked like it was hugging the ground. Those intakes are basically shovels now in the slammed pic! They could scoop up pretty much anything right off the road! hahaha

I would never slam my ride either but I always get a laugh out of seeing cars dumped like that. Thanks for taking the time to chop it!

Stance Nation and Hella Flush will thank you too.... lol
