Help - Battery Wire

Hi all,

Was just checking my car's battery specs, and noticed a wire to nowhere:

Can someone take a look in the boot of their car and tell me if/what/where this connector should be plugged in to?

Checked mine and the same ... it was sitting under the plate. May be it is there to comply with certain market requirements like NA. Nothing to worry all good.

Your are right. It's there to connect a power switch to cut the power to the car during transport to maintain battery charge. It is not connected to anything, the other end of the wire is under the back seat base.
