ED Allocations

Does anyone know when the ED allocations will stop coming out of the regular dealer allocation, if they haven't already?

From what I was told by my CA, M cars always come out of dealer allocations. Now with the high demand the new F80/82 cars have brought I doubt that we will ever see M cars not coming out of dealer allocations.
