BMW Performance Steering Wheel V2 install

Anyone local to Toronto/GTA or surrounding area that can install this wheel? I'm getting absurd install cost from BMW. They are charging an install fee ($228) + programming fee ($304). Seems a little steep for the programming fee considering I've seen others on this board install it themselves and no mention of programming.
