Any exhaust difference in Spory vs Sport+ throttle?

There's an obvious exhaust setting difference between Efficient and Sport throttle setting, but is there any between Sport abd Sport+?

I think I can't hear any.

sport vs sport + = no just a change in throttle response

there is a difference between eff and sport/sport +

there won't be any difference. maybe you'll hear a few more cracks and pops but only because throttle input is more sensitive to what your right foot is up to. Otherwise there is no volume level change

Hmm... Interesting. Has BMW ever released any mapping curves/diagrams for each?

you'll get a few more pops and cracks like stated before, but no big change in overall sound and no change in performance. if you're in sport + throttle and you get on the gas real hard at 2-3rpm then let off real quick you get a nice pop from the exhaust that'll make you smile every time

I know that in the M5, it is recommended by BMW engineers and test drivers to put throttle in Sport as that's the most linear, smoothest power delivery mapping from the pedal.

Sport+ might be abrupt.

I would guess that the same applies to the M3/M4 F8x. Good to know then there's no exhaust flap closed on Sport.

I found that downshifting in sport mode is actually louder than sport+, specially 2nd gear to first.
