6MT Dakar Yellow f80 sitting on the lot!

So, my f30 sold way faster than I had anticipated. And my f80 won't be here for another 6 weeks. I'm getting a bit antsy, and naturally, am browsing the lots in an effort to see what kind of wild luck I might have locating a car similar to my build.

Seriously ... What are the odds of finding a yellow M3, 6MT, carbon fiber roof, carbon structure seating, carbon fiber interior trim, 19 wheels and adaptive suspension? Well, apparently, the odds are GREAT!!Except this one is in Dakar Yellow, which I did not like too much.

Anyone here fancy?

The link is in the original post. I believe it was 19 silver wheels, Harmon kardon, adaptive suspension and I think that was it. Looks like the dealership got stiffed with an individual order. Hopefully they collected a large deposit to order it.

MSRP seems low...must be an aborted deal. The lighting on the second pic definitely reveals the sunflower yellow color. Not a fan...

There's at least 3 abandoned BMW individual M3's sitting on lots now (didn't count M4's). This one takes the cake at almost $94,000 at BMW San Francisco.

The car stickers at $62k. Wheels are $1200. HK is <$1000 IIRC. Adaptive is $1000. Paint is probably $5k. Add in destination and you're in the very low 70s. Seems to me that there is no discount in the asking price.

You are right. I was just comparing it to my M3. Didn't realize DCT was not included. Not much of a discount if any with individual color.

Meh. AY is far superior as a yellow IMO.

Also not a fan of the dated looking Xenons, and the silver wheels.

I'd take the AY with LED and black wheels all day long. Just my .02

$94k for this M car is just mind blowing. That price point opens you up to a whole other level of car. If you included used, possibilities are endless. No thanks.

With CCB and individual paint and essentially every option, that probably is around MSRP. Still crazy though.
