Does coupe suspension fit on convertible?

I have bmw performance suspension for my e82 coupe I was wondering if it fits the e88 convertible?

All the hard points are the same, but the spring/damper rates will be off

The only thing different is the rear spring rate and even that's pretty close. I am running KW V1 coupe kit on my 135i vert and have zero issues.
