I don't get why the OP thinks this guy is a problem for other track-goers?
He didn't cause the car in front of him to crash... The screaming was both frightening and slightly entertaining, but who the hell cares...it's not like the other drivers on the track can hear him.

Ralph Warren had a similar thing happen to him at Sears once, except he inadvertantly bumped an official who then held him on grid while everyone else paraded out, iirc...lol

That is funny. I need to ask him about that the next time that I see him.

I lol'd.
The rich guy always gets me. The PCA and BMW CCA are both full of great people, but last year at a PCA event there was this guy from the other side of the state with a late model GT3. He was there checking in the night before in line behind me in the garage and I asked him what he drove and he told me. I asked what he tracked before the GT3, he said this was his first car that he had taken to the track! Then he asked what I had, and I pointed to my 330i grocery getter with the front bumper at the time really needing to be repainted. He promptly turned away from me and stopped talking to me haha. Well the next day he happened to be in my run group (intermediate) and guess who he had to give a point by to My instructor joked that he probably should've been in novice, but bitched and complained his way into the next run group up. I've only been tracking for 4 years, but I really have been lucky in the fact that the vast majority of drivers that show up are really cool people. And even though I have been consistent progress, I really wouldn't want to drive a much more powerful car at this point.... yeah thats my justification for not getting another car... Fun times.
