Selling my e90 m3 OEM modded exhaust I purchased from AUTOcouture last summer I need this gone $250 local pick up for now, my time is very limited for shipping right now.

Is this the one with the perforated pipes "unwrapped" or is it the conversion to straight-through (ACM)? I assume it's the later.
