How stiff are you talking? I think the 335is has stiffer mounts than the rest, might want to check those out

Just curious, what behavoir or expected benefit are you guys after with the stiffer engine mounts?

I did the tranny mounts on my 135i (replaced to E46/M3 OE mounts) to remove the gear hunt (transmission and shifter mis-alignment under load). I assume the stiffer engine mounts would help further ...

e46 m3 mounts work. these Vibra mounts come with a e46 M3 specific base. That is why I said they wont work.

Motor mounts plus transmission mounts and a rogue SSK made my shifting extremely direct. I now have a cae shifter and it is about as good as it gets

Yes. They induce substantial NVH on a cold motor and even moreso if it's under 50 degrees give or take. Once the car has some heat in it, you don't really notice it. In my case a solid passenger side was reqd. for the turbo swap, so I just decided to swap the drivers' side while we were at it.

Do you have the proper part # for the rogue SSK, as nothing is listed on their site for the E8x chassis. Did it come with the weighted rod - I know some models dont...

Thanks.

My car has an e9x transmission and has the e9x rogue ssk.

Rogue makes a 1m SSK which fits n55 135i's. (1m had an n54 w/ n55 tranny)

Just for my personal knowledge: you have to completely swap out your motor to replace these bushings, right ?
