As a Fulfillment Enthusiast at APEX, you’ll be working in our warehouse located in Livermore California, helping fulfill orders placed by racers and auto enthusiasts alike. Your efforts are needed here to make sure enthusiasts get the right parts, before their track events, in perfect condition, and that the facility is a clean and an efficient place to work.



You’ll be successful here if you understand how much impact the fulfillment process has on the customer service experience, and you want to delight our customers with everything you have control over. Keep in mind; while you're in our warehouse you’ll work extremely hard, break a sweat, learn a lot, and leave a lasting positive mark on our team.

Don’t join our team if you’re only in it for the pay. The true value comes from the industry experience and education you’ll receive. In between your crucial job duties, you’ll have the opportunity to assist in a range of projects such as: R&D on new vehicle applications, the professional photo studio, and supporting our sales or marketing teams periodically. If you want to absorb extra industry knowledge from our team, then come hangout with us after hours and let’s talk shop. We might be wrenching on cars, going out for drinks, go-karting at Umigo, or playing hard at a track day.

You won’t survive here if your ego is phased by any of the drudgery or basic work that comes with this job: Every day you’ll be picking, packing, and shipping orders, and lifting heavy boxes. Keeping this place clean, orderly, and flowing is vital to the operations of this company. This means you’ll also be the one taking out the trash, cleaning the kitchen area, bathrooms, changing light bulbs, and sweeping the warehouse. Everyone plays their part in the bigger picture, and these responsibilities fall solely on your shoulders.

Skills & Requirements:

• Currently attending or graduated from college
• Truly excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Touch Typist (yes we’ll test you to confirm)
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
• A passion and eagerness to expand your knowledge of business skills
• An unhealthy passion for cars that prioritizes car parts over food and shelter
• Takes pride in keeping our workplace clean
