Appropriate Spring/Spring Rates + BMW PS Retrofit
Curious, what is the best springs/spring rates that would complement the bmw performance retrofit?
Im leaning toward dinan or swift springs. Spring rate numbers would be nice. Also plan on reinforcing the subframe bushings for overall street performance.

IMO, you would be better off to use Koni Yellow dampers instead of the BMW PS. Since they are adjustable, the Konis will be better suited to whatever springs you end up choosing. I used to have the BMW PS kit on my car. Although it works well for daily driving the BMW PS dampers aren't particularly firm. I found the Koni yellow at 50% setting to be noticeably more rebound control than the BMW PS and only a minimal difference in ride quality. If you want to get springs with higher rates the PS dampers will probably be out of the optimum range.
