Letting go of this BRAND NEW in box BMW Performance Power & Cooling Kit - PPK2. Fit's all E82/E88 135 models. Only opened for pictures.

Upgrades the software for more power as well as retrofits added cooling components to keep temperatures under control. There are plenty of reviews out there on this kit if you search for "N54 BMW Performance Power Kit"

Adds software (performance tune), retrofit kit for a new fan and other cooling components, new spark plugs, etc.

MSRP is $1695 new, and you can find them a few hundred cheaper from other online vendors.

From what I've gathered, the software is just a flash done at the dealer using the code seen in the red envelope seen in the 3rd picture, not an actual part like the JB4, etc. If that's something that interests you, let me know, but otherwise, the software was made to work in conjunction with the added cooling parts directly from the factory while retaining your warranty.

I can source the cooling parts separately for pretty cheap. I think I'm gonna go that route unless I can get a deal I can't refuse
