This intake will go fast whether it be to a 1 or 3 series owner does not matter to me i have had both :-)

2007-10 135i (E82, E88; with N54 engine)
2007-08 335i/xi (E90)
2007-10 335i (E92, E93; with N54 engine)

in the manual it states:
NOTES:
 This kit is not suitable for vehicles equipped with the “M-Aerodynamic”
front bumper.

Only when combined with their Stage-3 software, intercooler and exhaust.

so approx 5hp and 6lbs of torque and if you have a exhaust and if you already have an exhaust and intercooler than your port will be closer to 12horses. all depends on how much air your car can take in and spit out. if you got some downpipes your intake will be producing even more power. but the lack of an intake after modding your vehicle can be substantial loss of power.
