Carbon Fiber exhaust tips for our Oem. exhaust.

Just saw this and thought why not, it's all about replacing our Oem. exhaust tips by Akrapovic CF tips , and they look like the real titanium stuff ....price too !
Because I really would love to see how these Akra CF tips would fit on our Oem. exhaust .
Not sure if they would fit on our car , and if they don't touch each other or the rear bumper caused by the bigger diameter of the Akra tips.
Diameter of the Akra tips are 102 mm , also available in 90 mm diameter .
So is there someone who has done this ?
Comments and thoughts are of course welcome .
Thank you .
Link to shop with detailed pics and info => http://nl.aliexpress.com/item/Akrapo...283289006.html
Edit : With several pics , last pic is another possibility with the tips of the ///M Performance exhaust with lasered ///M logo.

Stock is 76mm I believe. Not sure how I feel about Akra tips on an OEM exhaust mod, it seems a little "poser" to me, also the Akra tips shown are not the same as the ones on the E9x Akra slip on so it might look funny.

Got your statement about "poser" and thought that too but..
It's because I have the Oem. exhaust mod. and I really want to keep that sound => http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=733817
Saw lots of people change our tips with the Oem exhaust mod .
So why not with the Akra tips , because they look better than most do ?

I have been wondering about this for a while.

I'd give it a try, but wouldn't want the Akra logos on each tip. If they were removable, I'll give them a shot.

I've no info if the Akra logos are removable or not .
Did you see the piece/price of $120 USD and we need 4 of it ?
And probably + shipping costs and we are not sure how they fit .

I would rather go with these. In fact, they are on my "future mod list", I just haven't done them yet because they stick out an inch further on the E90 and I am not sure how that would look without a diffuser.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/BMW-E90-E92-...14abd5&vxp=mtr

I am getting them in black to go with my theme of black on blue (no chrome on the car). But like I said, they come out an inch further on the E90 than the E92 and I am not sure I want to get a diffuser at this point. I thought about cutting an inch off the end, but I figured this might ruin the tip. Again, it's not carbon fiber, but for $200ish, it seems like a much better option than some overpriced Akra tips (or the fake ones Belgium posted).

$120 is pretty cheap but it they are Chinese though.

I don't like that it says Akrapovic if you don't have an Akrapovic exhaust... only excuse would be if your OEM mod was the hard one (all four pipes closed), lol.

Otherwise I'd totally get them without the logo (if quality is alright), they look really awesome.
