Oil Change Frequency Covered under contract?
My E92 is a 2011. Its only had 2 oil changes based on the CBS. Next oil change is due in 9000 miles.
Does this sound right? I thought it was supposed to be an annual oil change included? I have extended service so want to take advantage of it. Reading through the manual, all I can find is a reference to the CBS for oil change intervals.

Whats the current mileage now?
Can you get the dealership to pull up actual service history rather than looking through the CBS?

Annual oil changes are provided under the original service warranty even if you haven't reached the mileage or CBS requirements. Are you still under the original warranty or into your extended warranty?

You are entitled to an oil change once the CBS is at 1500 remaining OR once every 366 days regardless of miles. Depending on the miles, (sounds like it does not see many miles) I can assume your oil changes will be based on time. Depending on when your in service date was you should have had the following. I will use 07/11 as in service date:
1st oil change should have been at 1200 miles. Let's say it took 6 months to hit 1200 miles it would have been 1/2012 2nd oil change 1/2013 3rd oil change 1/2014 4th oil change 1/2015 If any time during that year you eclipsed the CBS mileage, that oil change would set the 366 day clock. If your NOT the original owner then the previous owner did not bring the car in for the scheduled maintenance. If your the original owner and you did bring the car in or your dealer did not do the service which is required. Depending on your mileage, you will have differential and spark plug change at 30-32k miles as part of the service plan.
