Just picked this up, new to me

Excited to have this in the stable, good car to keep at my vacation home.

2013 9K miles, love the frozen black. Previous owner had RF on the rear and non up front. No wonder it felt odd out the first night at highway speeds. Checked pressures and found this out.

Tips for new tires? Pilot Super Sports seem to be popular, still?

Killer color on that car - congrats! I had Michelin PS2's for many years. But, when the Super Sports came out, man what a night and day difference! GET THEM!

Before I recommend a tire, what do you use the car for? Is it just a weekend toy, daily drag race, autoX. What do you do with the car?

Very nice OP. If you are using the car for the street, PSS's are hard to beat. If you want some double duty tires, Hankook RS-3 or Yoko AD08's are the way to go.

Nothing like ruining the performance and comfort of your new M car by slapping dubs on it.

Nice car. I have had good experience with the Michelin Pilot Sports, but the Hankooks are also very good (and much less expensive). The only tires I have had on my M3's that I detested were Continentals (my e46 M3 came with them).
