Rear pad not contacting rotor and squel

Ive had new stoptec front rotors, centric rear rotors and stop tech pad installed recently. I have about 500 miles on them now. there appears to be a patch on my rotor my brake pad is no coming into contact with. I dont believe this is normal correct? Misaligned?? Plus my rear pads squel like hell on cold startups

My fronts seem ok thou

Is this the area you think you should have wear? The pads aren't physically large enough to contact that area.

This is an image of another 128i rear with the same wear.
