Front suspension creaking noise @ low speed after coilover install
I recently installed bilstein coilovers... initially I torqued down the control arms on the front without the suspension loaded and thought that may have caused the noise. I have tightened the front arms under load and the creaking noises is less pronounced over bumps but the steering noise is bad at low speeds.
Sounds like a rubber bushing being tweaked too far or possibly something rubbing against the steering arms. I noticed that the right "steering arm" is nearly touching the sway bar. Here's a video of the noise -

hmmph, will adjust. It's like a ticking/creaking/cracking noise as your turn the wheel at very low speeds.

Sounds like to coil spring is binding while turning the wheel. Do you have thrust sheets?

Do you mean the stock ones or aftermarket ones? I have the front setup exactly like the PSS9 install instructions state.

I've had a similar problem like this too. I've changed the sway bar, end links, and re-greased the sway bar bushings....still getting this creaking noise at really low speeds. Handling and everything else still feels good, just can't figure it out though.

Thank god I still have to install my new camber plates this week before Thunderhill next week so it'll be pulled apart again. Kind of happy that it's something that simple. Thanks so much buddy!
