Online Services STILL NOT WORKING

Ok, I don't know about you but I'm getting pretty sick and tired of a Loading Data blank screen on my 2014 X5.
Today NO Online services were working. When I tried to do a search, the car said services unavailable.
So I am leasing this car for almost a grand a month and decided to call BMW AGAIN and ask to be compensated for these features not working.
I see it as the same as if your A/C doesn't work, they try and fix it but it keeps failing and you should be compensated.
Of course the first response was, these services are FREE and we cannot compensate you.
Of course I told the Rep that these services are part of the whole car and why I decided to buy it.
So now he is looking into this further.
I recommend everyone to pick up the phone and call BMW Resolution and complain about this. I've only had the car for a year and a half but as we all know these services have been off way more than on in the past 6-10 months and nothing is getting better.

I'm in the North Texas area.
I'd say it works 50% of the time

It generally works here in Jew Jersey, but it is not the most reliable service

In CA and not so reliable as well. I stopped using it a while ago that I forgot about it until now. I'll get back to tinkering with it and see if it's still acting up

Are you referring to the Widget?
I keep the Weather/Time Widget up on the right screen and rarely do I lose data. I also have web browser, which I rarely use...but its always worked for me. Maybe its a regional issue with the carrier?

I also send addresses from the App and Google maps to the Nav (via Messages) on a daily basis and it always works.
