I'm no mechanic and have no experience diagnosing sounds.
With that disclaimer... It sounds like a pulley or something that needs lubed up a little. Or you have a leak somewhere and fluid is getting onto a belt. Which in turn is slipping making that sound. It then goes away when the fluid on the belt dries as you drive. Open the hood and look for wetness. Look underneath the car too. Ok now I'll subscribe to see if I should get into the automotive repair field lol!
