I passed along the answer, I will post it here when I get a chance. I think it is a lot more unique than just a photo shopped edited picture. It is pretty affordable too.

It would be cool if we can give him all the mods we want to do in the future and get that added.

Confused by touch up option?
Aesthetic mods?

Example:
After making an Illustration of a white bmw m3 slammed on vmr wheels...
You would like me to add say a lip or carbon fiber hood to a already finished illustration?

Or

Example:
When in process making an illustration, you want me to point out specified design features or modifications?

I could do that
Or even say you wanted to see what your vehicle would look like say with a racing stripe or flared fenders or a front splitter, wheels etc non digital... like a "design sketch"

I can do all that I would only need the correct info and a payment up front with given time to complete
