Questions! About rear seats

So I have 2008 convertible m3. When I drive with the top down, my rear seat often fold down by it self. Is that normal? It just drop down when I fAst or break, but only when the top is down

Check that the seat fold-down latches are secure and not damaged. That should not be happening. The reason it CAN happen is that when air goes over your windshield while the top is down, it actually goes toward the rear of the car and then curves down and back toward the front. That's why windscreens that pop up behind the front seats can cut down on wind feel and noise, but in this case it could be pushing your rear seats down.

When I bought my car I think this happened once or twice...I made sure that the seats were secure and it hasn't happened since. Definitely not normal.
