sway bar endlink nut

i was hearing some knocking in my front end, when i took off the wheel i noticed that the end link had come loose off the strut, does anyone know what the size and threading of the nut is or where i can buy one without having to buy a whole endlink?

thanks

I believe the nut is a 8mm x 1.25 or 1.50 and it's a flange nut.

I would just buy a replacement link. Chances are if it's the factory link it's probably worn and will need replacing soon. Rock auto has them as cheap as $14.00 plus shipping. I'm sure you can order one from a local parts store for about $20.

Good idea on replacing the link. Make sure it's a high quality German made link.

There is a HD version as well if you are looking for something that may last you a while longer than the factory ones.
