Heads up display not working
I have a 2015 X5 35d. My Heads up display stopped working. It's checked as 'on' in the iDrive. Any suggestions on anything else I can investigate to troubleshoot?. Thank you.

Based on experience: (1) Make sure a piece of paper, sunglass case, etc. is not on top of the heads up display unit on your dash. (2) If you wear polarized sunglasses, you cannot see the display (or it is very faint). (3) If you adjust your seat down too far, you can lose sight of the heads up display unless you adjust the image back up with your settings.
That's all I can think of, hope it is one of these easy solutions! |

@SriRamJaiRam , treat the car like all of new electronics. Power off and reboot. If the problem doesn't go away, then it is time to visit the dealership.
Otherwise, they will just tell you, "We can't replicate the problem". And then you will think, "Isn't the car computer log everything, like what every paranoid guys in the forum said???".
