F15: Mineral White...
Can anyone on here describe how mineral white looks? It appears to be a different color in different photos which leads me to believe it is more of a pearl white than a metallic white. I went to two dealers my area and neither have mineral white in stock (even on other vehicles). The sales advisers showed me swatches but they're so small that it really does not convey the true color of the vehicle. Long story short, is MW more of an elderly white like Cadillac and Lexus or is it more of a metallic white?

its basically a white with more depth to the paint. not even close to the yellow hue white offered on cadillacs. it is very white but metallic

It's a nice white, not too bright and not creamy or yellow looking in any way. I am thinking it's a 4 stage paint with metallic and pearl, but not positive.

I take elderly is like more yellowish off-white, and the mineral white is definitely not that.
Pearl is actually metallic, I don't know if they are any different.

I feel like in person its almost close to the frozen white with just more shine. Its a really cool color, we just ordered our X5 in it. I saw it in person at the new 7's unveiling event and fell in love.

It's not too shiny nor "metallic." It has a muted yet deep hue to it. Very unique and unlike other "white" cars.

it seems like you are pro alpine white. if you dont like metallic or any type of pearl in paint, dont get MW.

ive owned metallic paint in the past just not on white.
i am partial to AW because i have owned it before but for the same reason i would like to explore other options. i have a few concerns... one of which being the color itself and not being white but more off-white or pearl white like mb or cadillac offer. the other if some incident would occur paint matching would be incredibly difficult.
